  • SITE SELECTION Requirements of Site Selection...
    A. Location of business circle: the bustling business circle, famous leisure business circle, district between white-collar areas and high-class residential areas, or artistic and petty bourgeois art parks with convenient transportation;
    B. Property nature: both for entertainment and catering;
    C. Property environment: there is no overpass around or isolation belt on lanes. It is best to have a single building or a glass wall facing the street.

    Ps: Attention should be paid to whether the property belongs to the scope of urban renovation planning
  • PROPERTY Property Requirements
    A. Saleable area: about 50 square meters, cuboids or squares are preferred, and the outward swing area at the entrance is the best. It can be used for landscape design of peripheral plants;
    B. The outer facade: it should be all-floor glass door facing the direction of busy blocks, with the size over 12 meters wide and over 3 meters high. Make sure there is no visual occlusion, but good visual available advertising space;
